Lead Demand Generation Representative - Healthcare

Lead Demand Generation Representative - Healthcare is a role at Honeywell in the Building Automation business unit focused on healthcare solutions. The role is an individual contributor that may grow to lead a team of inside resources, solutions architects, or sales representatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive specification for the entire Honeywell Healthcare Portfolio solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions, and become a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • The person will need to be familiar with the processes of a hospital, understanding the patient flow, and how building technology can add value for patients, staff, nurses and doctors, and visitors.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Healthcare knowledge and experience working within sales in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Smart Buildings, BMS, Fire & Security integrated value proposition development would be advantageous.
