What You’ll Be Doing- OEM Client Engagement:
Become the face of the company for your European client base, ensuring their success and satisfaction. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute tailored Customer Success Strategies for each client. - Consultative Advice:
Advise clients on best practices for implementing the company's products to boost sales and customer satisfaction. - Collaborative Work:
Engage in multi-agency and strategic meetings, working closely with colleagues to drive results.
- Proven Experience:
Demonstrated success in managing and developing OEM client relationships in a customer success environment. - Industry Insight:
Significant experience within the OEM industry or software and technology into the space. - Interpersonal
Skills:
Strong ability to interact with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally. - Technical Proficiency:
Skilled in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
