Client Relationship Director (Enterprise Sales)

UK Wide | Up to 50% Travel

Are you a commercially driven sales leader who thrives on building relationships, driving growth, and winning enterprise-level business?

We’re looking for a Client Relationship Director to join Manpower Group’s Enterprise division, a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to key clients while driving both growth and new business opportunities.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, national role where you’ll take ownership of strategic client relationships while actively driving commercial performance across a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

You’ll focus on expanding existing relationships, leading complex sales engagements, and identifying new opportunities, all within a highly supportive environment that allows you to concentrate on what you do best: building relationships and growing revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Acting as the senior face of Manpower to key enterprise clients
  • Driving client growth, retention, and account expansion
  • Leading enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement to close
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Representing Manpower in executive client meetings and QBRs
  • Leading renewals, extensions, and rebids
  • Partnering with internal sales and delivery teams to maximise commercial outcomes

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales or strategic client leadership roles
  • A strong track record of growing and retaining large-scale client accounts
  • Confidence leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements
  • A commercially driven mindset with a focus on results and relationship building
  • A collaborative, credible approach with the ability to influence at senior level
