Eco-Counter is dedicated to helping cities, transport authorities, and public organizations understand and enhance mobility through cutting-edge counting and data solutions. As we expand our footprint in the UK, we are in search of a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior New Business Sales Manager. This position focuses on fostering new business relationships and establishing Eco-Counter as the preferred partner for mobility data solutions nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to design and execute new business strategies in the Active Travel and Transport markets.
  • Initiate contacts, conduct presentations, and convert potential partnerships into lasting client relationships.
  • Focus on matching client needs with the appropriate Eco-Counter solutions, fostering long-term recurring revenue.
  • Engage with decision-makers including cities, counties, national parks, and public organizations to build trust.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to broaden market knowledge and monitor competitor actions, strengthening Eco-Counter’s sector presence.
    • Qualifications
  • Passion for initiating sales, building new relationships, and closing impactful deals.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in public sector roles, with a successful history in new business development.
  • Knowledge in Active Travel, Transport, or Road Safety is advantageous.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Experience engaging with senior public-sector stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently and staying connected with the team, with a willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally.
