• Status: Full-time, Self-employed
• Location: Remote (Nationwide UK) – Phone or Video

Because we are Directly Authorised (DA), there is no network cut before you get paid.

• Self-Generated Leads: Up to 80% of all completed income.
• Echo Provided Leads: Up to 40% of all completed income.
• Echo Provided Appointments: Up to 35% of all completed income.
• Income streams include:
  Broker fees, Procuration fees, Protection income (all indemnity), and multiple referral streams (Solicitors, Wills, etc.).

We aren't just a brokerage; we are a lead generation powerhouse. We own the infrastructure you use:

• Free Leads: Up to 40 free leads per month provided to you.
• The Lead Pipeline: We own  (one of the UK’s largest lead gen sites) and  You get a constant flow of enquiries and heavily discounted rates for self-generation.
• Custom Tech: Access to Echo CRM
  , custom-built by mortgage brokers, for mortgage brokers.
• Your Own Website: We build and host a bespoke lead-generation website for you to scale your personal brand.
• Whole of Market: Directly authorised and on panel with all lenders (including HSBC, Clydesdale, etc.).

To ensure you can hit the ground running with our volume of leads, you must have:

• 24+ months of whole-of-market mortgage placement experience.
• An existing client bank you want to maximise.
• The discipline to work successfully in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to grow your own business.
