As an Account Executive, Enterprise Field, you will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities by engaging with C‑suite and executive levels, driving adoption across functional business groups. You will curate trusted advisor relationships, establish Alteryx as the preferred analytics platform, and create new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Named Account Prospecting – Prospect for new business across multiple functional areas within a highly‑targeted account list.
  • Building Relationships – Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s processes and problems, ensure the right questions are asked and answered, and bring unique value to every interaction.
  • Develop relationships with multiple buying personas within the prospect account.
  • Articulating Value – Connect prospect’s business objectives with Alteryx solutions and deploy a customer‑centric approach.
  • Effective Account Coordination – Use a disciplined approach to involve pre‑sales and post‑sales support efficiently.
  • Drive Sales Strategy – Develop a deep understanding of customer strategies, priorities, needs, and organizational structure; create tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth.
  • Conducting Pipeline Planning – Manage and grow perpetual pipeline; collaborate with support organizations including marketing, alliance partners, and channels.
  • Demonstrate Alteryx & analytic proficiency and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Build Trust – Establish positive relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and dedication to value.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of quota‑carrying sales experience at a software/technology company.
  • Experience with FSI, Retail, or Pharma customers is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to close quick sales wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to and influencing C‑level executives and building consensus among buying teams at Global
    2000 companies.
  • Track record of qualifying and closing consultative/service‑led sales, particularly multi‑year and subscription‑based services.
  • Exceptional time and people management skills to marshal resources and advance opportunities.
  • Well‑versed in the data‑analytics industry with strong knowledge of competitor products and capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
  • This position involves access to software/technology subject to U.S. export controls. Any job offer is contingent upon the applicant’s capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls.
