We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Kia branch in Cumbernauld.

You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. Forget suits, ties and devoting your entire life to the showroom floor. Instead, enjoy a car sales role that lets you be yourself, showcase your customer service skills, and enjoy every working day to the full. As a Product Consultant, you’ll help customers from the moment they walk through the door right through to offering a great aftersales experience.

This role is all about helping customers find the right car, building strong, positive relationships, and delivering outstanding service every step of the way.

• Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
• Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer
• Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
• Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
• Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
• Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
• Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises
• Staying in touch with customers to offer them a great aftersales experience
