What you will do:

Provide high quality service in referral, decision making, assessment, and case management processes.

Chair complex meetings when required and supervise staff to develop a cohesive team.

Manage complex cases and support social workers, stepping in as deputy in the team manager’s absence.

Ensure robust data management on the WCCIS system.

Attend meetings and court hearings supporting team members.

Encourage continuous professional development through supervision and feedback.
