Urgently recruiting for an experienced customer service driven
Sea Freight Export Clerk
to join an established Freight Forwarding company based in Colnbrook

Duties for the suitable
Sea Freight Export Clerk;

• Operational day to day control of various customers.

· Manage LCL & FCL freight forwarding operations

· Ensuring transport activities are operated in accordance with internal and customer service requirements

· Ensure that financial job costing, invoicing and reporting for freight is carried out

· Adherence of freight forwarding operational margins

· On-time delivery of cargo in line with customer service requirements

· Demonstrate an ability to reduce transport cost and improve margins

· Problem solving and corrective actions as appropriate

· Formulate cost saving initiatives from freight and consolidation activity, based on supplier/customer agreement

· Obtain good knowledge of customs procedures and regime.
