From £13.00 per hour + applicable night shift premiums

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Warehouse Operatives to join a fast-paced and professional logistics operation based in Cumbernauld. This role is ideal for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for stable employment, career progression, and a supportive team environment.

You will play a key role in the movement of goods from intake through to dispatch, ensuring operations run safely, efficiently, and accurately within a chilled warehouse environment.

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently
• Pick, scan, and process stock using electronic voice picking equipment
• Handle goods from intake through to dispatch
• Work within a chilled warehouse environment using provided protective clothing
• Follow all health & safety procedures and warehouse processes
• Maintain accuracy and productivity targets
• Support the wider warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to follow instructions and adapt quickly
• Comfortable working in a chilled warehouse setting
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided
