Warehouse Operative - Cumbernauld

• Completing general warehouse duties in a fast‑paced environment.
• Serve customers at the trade counter (warehouse) and handle collection requests as required by the Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure that all incoming deliveries comply with the delivery paperwork, handle discrepancies appropriately and put away in a timely manner in accordance with procedures.
• Pick and pack items to fulfil customer orders and prepare for dispatch, including manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, sinks, radiators and toilets.
• Liaise with drivers to load vehicles effectively and in accordance with the run sheet.
• Check picked orders prior to collection or dispatch.
• Comply with company and depot policies, particularly health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• Willingness to adapt to changing job requirements as needed by the business.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, including completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
• Strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.

Full‑time permanent position, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 08:00am – 05:00pm.
