Warehouse Operative
- Hours: 37.5 hours across 5 days per week or 15 hours across 2 days per week.
- Pay: £13.69- £14.85 per hour.

We are looking to recruit warehouse operatives who will be responsible for picking orders for our shops at our distribution centre in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire.
We offer a permanent full‑time position and have a variety of shift patterns available working 5 days a week from 7 am, including Sunday, with part‑time options also available.
Shift patterns include- Night shift – from 22:00 to 06:00
We offer an hourly rate of £13.69 per hour for day shifts (£10.90 if you are under 21) and £14.85 per hour for afternoon, late and night shifts (£12.35 if you are under 21). You will be guaranteed a minimum of 37.5 hours per week for full‑time positions, and overtime is regularly available should you wish to earn more.

- Accurately and quickly pick stock onto pallets ready for delivery to shops.
- Keep accurate records.
- Carry out general maintenance and cleaning of the warehouse.
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
Most warehouse operatives start by picking orders; however, there may also be opportunities beyond this to work in our goods‑in and loading operations.
You will need:- To be aged 18 or over to be eligible for this role (due to Health and Safety reasons).
- To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- A friendly, positive, hard‑working approach to work.
- Although not essential, experience in a warehouse environment or with manual handling equipment is welcomed and can be mentioned in your application.
