Despatch Clerk

We are seeking an organised and customer-focused Despatch Clerk to support a Transport Co-ordinator and the wider transport team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service. This is a temporary role till July 2027. Hours are 8am
-16.30pm Monday-Friday please note hours will change to 6.00am
-14.30pm when the site gets busier which will be in 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Transport Co-ordinator in ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, in line with customer requirements. Maintain the highest level of customer service across all communications. Ensure all Origin business systems are accurately updated, with a strong focus on the Chasers Management System, following company requirements. Work onsite as part of the transport team while providing national support under the guidance of the Business Systems and Admin Support Team.

Support colleagues both locally and nationally as required.

Calm, confident, and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing your own tasks effectively.
