Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

This is a great opportunity to join a respected consultancy providing practical health and safety support and advice to a range of organisations. Working as part of a professional team, you'll help clients maintain high standards, drive positive safety culture, and ensure compliance across their operations.

Responsibilities of the Health and Safety Advisor will include:

Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying hazards and recommending proportionate solutions.
Developing, reviewing, and implementing health and safety policies, procedures, and management systems for client sites.
Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and tailored training sessions to client teams.
Providing clear, practical advice to managers and employees, promoting a positive safety culture.
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure legislative compliance.

The successful Health and Safety Advisor will have:

NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent qualification such as IOSH or NVQ in Health & Safety).

Experience with in a consultancy or client-facing health and safety role, or from a related technical environment such as construction, manufacturing, or engineering.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
A practical, hands-on approach and a genuine passion for improving safety performance.
