Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Site Agent to lead a prestigious residential development in Cumbria. You will take full responsibility for delivering high-quality homes on time and within budget, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and safety compliance.
In this senior role, you will manage groundworks through to handover, drive programme and cost control, and work closely with Commercial, Technical and Customer Care teams to ensure seamless delivery and quality workmanship.
