Position: Cover Supervisor (Temporary)
Humly is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working with young people who are confident managing a classroom environment. Ideal backgrounds include teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, tutors or mentors looking to step into a school setting.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering lessons set by the class teacher

* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils stay on task

* Supporting pupils with their learning and answering general questions

* Working flexibly across different subjects and year groups

What You’ll Bring

* Experience working with young people (schools, coaching, mentoring or youth work)

* Confidence in leading groups and promoting positive behaviour

* Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach

* A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply) and two suitable references
