Founded over 40 years ago, this company has built an international reputation for delivering high quality machinery whilst also focusing heavily on the progression of its employees. The business has long terms plans to maintain their global sustainability whilst continuing to deliver their products worldwide, looking to strengthen their design team with a new Graduate/Trainee/Junior Engineer.

In this role, the successful Graduate/Trainee/Junior Engineer or similar will be responsible for designing pipework for the factory, calculating dimensions for manufacturing, using CAD modules to design pipe works, shadowing the senior engineers, being mentored throughout the training period whilst also having freedom to progress with your own work. The company offers full training to ensure that you are fully skilled in this role, meaning that over time the progression opportunities offered can be achieved in a structured manner, providing a clear pathway to senior/management roles.

Included with this position is the possibility of occasional international travel.

The ideal Graduate/Trainee/Junior Engineer or similar will have a HNC or equivalent in Engineering, having good verbal and written communication skills. The ideal Graduate/Trainee/Junior Engineer or similar will be happy to travel as and when required.

Use CAD software to design pipework
Calculate Dimensions for Manufacturing
Shadowing and Learning from Senior Engineers

The Person

Holds an HNC, HND, or Degree in Engineering.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Eager to learn, develop, and progress their career.
Happy to travel internationally as required.
