- Collaborate with educational and residential teams to craft therapeutic interpersonal environments.
- Undertake comprehensive clinical assessments and formulate personalised intervention strategies for children and young people.
- Conduct workshops, training, and guidance to maintain cohesive support systems for our young people.
- Drive therapeutic practice within Cumberland School and surrounding homes, ensuring bespoke support for each child.
- Participate in a multidisciplinary team framework to foster dynamic team synergy and clinical best practices.
- A qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC.
- Proven skills in assessing, formulating, and supporting therapeutic interventions for complex needs.
- Experience in creating clinically informed environments for children and young people.
- Strong leadership and training capabilities to motivate and guide staff.
- Exceptional organisational skills and initiative, with commitment to outstanding outcomes for young people.
- A full driving licence is required for necessary travel.
