Your Day-to-Day
* Lead shifts and act as a role model, mentoring and supporting Residential Support Workers
* Provide guidance, coaching, and on-shift leadership to ensure high-quality care
* Support children with daily routines, education, activities, and emotional wellbeing
* Work closely with multi-disciplinary professionals to implement child-centred care plans
* Promote positive behaviour, safety, and consistency within the home
* Be a steady, trusted presence children can rely on every day
What We’re Looking For
* Qualifications:
Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Children and Young People’s Workforce
* Experience:
Proven experience in residential childcare or similar environments, including supporting children with challenging behaviours
* Leadership
Skills:
Confident, proactive, and able to inspire and guide others
* Personal Qualities:
Resilient, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about improving young people’s lives
