Hearing Aid Dispenser - Cumbria

Hidden Hearing is one of the UK's leading expert providers of private hearing healthcare, providing life‑changing hearing healthcare. We are looking for a Hearing Aid Dispenser / Audiologist (HCPC Qualified) in the Cumbria area, based in the heart of the community and visiting patients in their own homes.

• Basic salary £40,000, with OTE £55,000
• Generous car allowance starting from £5,328 per annum (depending on performance/sales) or company car if preferred

• Carry out comprehensive hearing assessments and provide and sell appropriate hearing solutions within specified time scales, in accordance with HCPC standards, BSHAA code of practice and guidelines.
• Complete audiograms and customer records on the Company's CMS system accurately and synchronise daily.
• Adhere to company working practices, including the standard consultation.
• Provide premium after‑sales service by responding to service calls to resolve problems or queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date in line with HCPC CPD requirements.

• Qualified HAD or pre‑registered HAD
• Current HCPC registration
• Member of or prepared to become a member of BSHAA
• IT skills sufficient to use company systems and audiometry equipment
• Time and job management abilities for a well‑planned and structured workload
• Current UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS check required
