Irwin & Colton is seeking a Health and Safety Officer to lead CDM compliance and promote a proactive safety culture across residential housing maintenance in Cumbria. The role is hybrid with travel across the Cumbria region.
You will conduct site inspections and audits, review risk assessments and construction phase plans, and advise on safe systems of work to ensure legal compliance and best-practice safety across teams and contractors.
