Battersea Bridge House Hospital stands as a dedicated facility providing acute inpatient care for both male and female adults aged 18 years and over who require short-term assessment and treatment for mental health difficulties. Set within the vibrant community of Battersea, the hospital merges accessibility, expert clinical practices, and a holistic model of care to deliver person-centred support.

What you’ll be Doing Provide personalized care and support to residents Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation Implement and follow individualized care plans Support residents in developing social skills and participating in community activities Manage challenging behavior with patience and professionalism Monitor and report on residents' progress and well-being Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members What You’ll Need Great communication and teamwork skills.

A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to helping others. Experience working with Mental Health , Learning Disabilities and Challenging behaviour Qualifications such as Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2 In Health & Social Care.
