Lead with Compassion, Care with Purpose We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team! Alexander House is a wheelchair-accessible home in the Savile Park area of Halifax. We are a homely and relaxed residential care home. We have 18 bedrooms, ten ensuite and several accessible bathrooms throughout the home to support individuals with a physical disability.

What You’ll Be Doing Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans Provide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activities Monitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeing Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored support Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standards Support the onboarding and training of junior staff What You’ll Need Previous experience in a senior support working role NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care Must be Medication Administration trained Strong supervision and communication skills Excellent care planning & record keeping experience Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required Why Join Us?
