You ll act as the go-to technical expert, driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues.

Kendal- hybrid

Requirements: LRTW, Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, UK-wide
What You ll Own
- System Build & Configuration
- Process Ownership & Enhancement
- Technical Support & Field Operations
- Technical Expertise & Mentorship
- Proven engineering experience across hardware, software, and SaaS/web-based platforms.
- Strong skills in assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting electronic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- Familiarity with digital door entry systems (highly desirable).
- Experience in the telecare sector (a significant advantage).
- Solid understanding of Wi-Fi, GSM networks, and IoT technologies.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, UK-wide
