We're recruiting for a Commercial Sales Director to join a large and well-established organisation in the Blackburn area, due to continued expansion. This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional with strong leadership and management experience.

The successful candidate will oversee the commercial division, manage a team and take responsibility for driving the department and wider business pipeline forward.

The Role As a Commercial Sales Director, you will:
Oversee the commercial property division and its day-to-day performance Lead, manage and support a team of commercial property professionals Oversee the department's sales pipeline and identify opportunities for growth Review team and individual performance against business objectives Drive business development and contribute to the continued growth of the division Monitor overall departmental performance and provide strategic direction Report directly into senior management Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance and profitability Commercial Sales Director requirements:
Strong background in commercial property Proven experience in a senior commercial property or sales leadership role Strong understanding of the commercial property market Proven ability to manage and motivate a team Experience overseeing pipelines and driving business performance Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to understand the overall position and performance of a department Strategic, proactive and commercially minded approach Professional working attitude What's on Offer?
