Fabricator (2-3 Positions Available) Aberdeen £20.00 per hour 39-hour week | Monday-Friday | 8:00am-4:30pm Paid Weekly Overtime Available at 1.5x Rate 3-Month Temporary Contract with Genuine Opportunity to Go Permanent A well-established Aberdeen-based steel fabrication business is looking to recruit 2-3 experienced Fabricators to join its busy workshop team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of structural steel, offshore-related and bespoke fabrication projects within a company that has a strong reputation for quality and delivery.

Reporting directly to the Production Manager , you'll play a key role in the manufacture and assembly of a wide range of fabricated steel components and structures.

Key Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings. Mark out, cut, prepare and assemble steel components. Fabricate structural steelwork, platforms, walkways, stairways and handrails. Carry out fit-up activities prior to welding. Ensure all fabrication work is completed to the required quality standards. Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment safely and efficiently. Work closely with welders and workshop personnel to achieve production targets.

Maintain a safe and organised working environment. Requirements Time-served Fabricator or significant fabrication experience. Strong background in structural steel and heavy fabrication. Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience working within quality-controlled fabrication environments. DNV-certified experience is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
