Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in new home sales? We are recruiting for both temporary and permanent New Home Sales Consultants to join developments across Cumbria.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end buyer journey, from initial inquiry to legal completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards across the sales suite and show homes.
- Conduct viewings, present options, and negotiate sales.
- Liaise with site managers, estate agents, solicitors, and financial advisors to progress sales smoothly.
- Previous experience in new home sales is strictly required.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and administration skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Flexible options:
Full-time permanent positions or flexible temporary contracts. - Competitive base salary with attractive commission structures for permanent roles.
- Premium hourly rates for temporary placements.
