Sales Account Manager

Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established civil engineering, construction and infrastructure business with the recruitment of a Sales Account Manager . Permanent, full-time position based in Cumbria , with travel across Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire and the wider North West.

Salary £35,000 – £50,000, depending on experience  commission / bonus  company vehicle

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers Identify and secure new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure and industrial markets Generate qualified sales leads and convert enquiries into profitable work Grow existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits Promote services including civil engineering, construction, plant hire, labour supply, aggregates and waste management Build relationships with contractors, developers, local authorities and commercial organisations Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer service Skills & Experience Previous experience within B2B sales, account management or business development Proven track record of winning and developing business Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Commercially aware and confident managing customer accounts Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets Strong organisation and time-management skills
