We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised New Homes Sales Administrator to join our team in Cumbria on an initial 3-month fixed term contract
.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and telephone skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-focused sales environment.
The RoleYou will provide administration and sales support to the New Homes team, with a particular focus on following up leads and booking appointments
.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Chasing and following up new and existing sales leads
- Making outbound telephone calls to prospective purchasers
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Booking sales appointments and viewings
- Maintaining accurate customer and lead records
- Updating the CRM system
- Supporting the New Homes Sales team with day-to-day administration
- Ensuring all leads are followed up promptly and professionally
- Helping to maximize sales opportunities through effective follow-up
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and professional on the telephone
- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable chasing leads
- Confident using IT and CRM systems
- Able to manage their workload effectively and work as part of a team
Previous experience within New Homes, Estate Agency or Property Sales would be an advantage, but is not essential
.
Experience using COINS CRM would also be beneficial, although full training can be provided
.
Most importantly, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and the confidence to speak to prospective customers over the telephone.
