• Lead Accounts Receivable activities, including customer relations, collections, KPI’s and credit management.
• Assist with tax filings & registrations.
• Maintain compliance with state tax requirements.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Partner with Operations and other internal stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement and enforcement of procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.
• Avalara tax software experience a plus.
• Exceptional time management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to process data accurately and efficiently.
