• Provide excellent customer service and multitask effectively in a front‑office setting.
• Work as part of a team, communicate clearly, and maintain organization.
• Assist with scheduling patients within 24‑48 hours and support individualized care.
• Some medical experience is preferred.

• Proficient typing and use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Highly organized and schedule driven.
• Flexible with daily tasks.
• Ability to work under deadlines and apply critical thinking.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, good judgment.
• Excellent customer service skills (phone and in person).
