Job Description & How to Apply Below
Beaver Toyota of Cumming | 1875 Buford Hwy, Cumming, GA | Full-Time | $20–$39/hr | Paid Weekly
Beaver Toyota of Cumming is the busiest dealership in the state of Georgia, which means a steady flow of work coming through the shop every day. Most dealerships say they take care of their techs. We'd rather show you. At Beaver Toyota of Cumming, you'll work in a shop built around making your day easier — new tools and equipment, an on-site gym, an on-site restaurant, and a leadership team that actually backs you up.
If you're an experienced tech ready to turn a full schedule into a bigger paycheck — from Maintenance all the way up to Master Diagnostic — there's a bay and a growth path here for you.
- The busiest dealership in Georgia: full schedules, steady work, and no sitting around waiting on the next car.
- Pay that grows with you: $20–$39 per hour based on experience and certification level, paid weekly
. - $500 demo allowance for Master Techs: on top of your hourly pay.
- Christmas bonus for Master Techs: our Masters get recognized at the end of the year.
- New tools and equipment: work with up-to-date tools and shop equipment — not hand-me-downs from 2009.
- On-site gym: get your workout in before or after your shift without fighting traffic to get there.
- On-site restaurant: real food, right here — no more gas-station lunches or burning your lunch break driving around.
- Toyota training and a clear path up: we invest in your Toyota certifications so you can move from Maintenance to Pro and Master Diagnostic Technician.
- A culture of taking care of people: our store runs on unreasonable hospitality — for our guests and for our team. You won't be a number here.
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
- Perform maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on Toyota vehicles to factory standards.
- Write clear, accurate Concern / Cause / Correction stories on every repair order.
- Perform multi-point inspections and recommend needed work to your service advisor.
- Follow Toyota warranty and recall procedures.
- Keep your bay clean, safe, and organized.
- Communicate with advisors and shop leadership so every guest leaves with their car fixed right the first time.
- Experience required: at least 2 years as a technician in a dealership or independent shop. This is not an entry-level role.
- Maintenance / Pro: dealership or independent shop experience with brakes, suspension, electrical, and drivability.
- Master / Master Diagnostic: Toyota certified (or other OEM certified) with strong diagnostic skills and a proven flat‑rate track record.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Your own full professional tool set.
- A positive attitude and pride in your work.
