Billing Coordinator

About the Company

Arel Group Wine & Spirits is a well‑established, family owned importer of Italian wines with nationwide distributor relationships. Our Cumming, GA office is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team.

The Billing Coordinator will accurately process customer sales orders and sales invoices, multitask with customers, suppliers, sales managers, and accounting team members, and serve as backup to the AP department.

$50,000.00/yr – $55,000.00/yr

• Process daily sales orders accurately and on time
• Organize and track container shipments with distributors directly from Italy
• Submit invoices to customers
• Analyze US warehouse inventory weekly
• Work closely with the compliance company to regulate product registrations and state wholesale licenses
• Collaborate with the reporting department to provide orders for inventory forecasting
• Track and update order status for the sales team
• Support the account with processing payables

• 3–5 years of billing/invoicing experience
• Inventory experience a plus
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables/V‑lookup) strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in the wine/beverage industry a plus
