Position:
Project Manager – Ground-Up Gas Station & Restaurant Construction
Location: Cumming, GA (Projects within a 5‑hour radius)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground‑up construction projects for gas stations, restaurants, and small retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fast‑paced, high‑quality commercial projects, ensuring seamless execution from pre‑construction through completion.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and quality control to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor project performance against budget and timeline, addressing challenges proactively.

• Proven experience in ground‑up commercial construction, particularly in gas stations, restaurants, and retail spaces.
• Proficiency in Procore
  , Bluebeam
  , and the Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and project management principles.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to travel within a 5‑hour radius of Cumming, GA
  , with projects primarily in the southeastern U.S.
