• Work with project estimators to review estimates and analyze the scope of each project along with determining what material is needed. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Analyze project specifications from consulting/engineering firms
  • Review estimates in Google sheets and ask questions to the project estimator as needed
  • Review aerial images of the roof to identify potential problems that may arise during the scope of the project
• Plan projects in advance to ensure all aspects of the project are allocated and scheduled accordingly. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Budget for material and labor;
  • Material ordering;
  • Schedule and timelines;
  • Safety plan;
  • Drafting contracts for subcontractors and vendors
• Manage crews and subcontractors. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Ensure quality work is being implemented upon company/industry standards;
  • Ensure the written specifications are being implemented;
  • Manage issues/problems that may arise during the project;
  • Constantly verify that safety guidelines are being met upon OSHA and company compliance standards
• Prepare and deliver various reports detailing the progress of each project to the company and customer
• Communicate with staff, supervisors, and other parties about current projects. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Discussing budgets and current financial status of the project;
  • Plans and goals
• Negotiate contracts when unexpected changes occur along with renegotiating contracts with contractors and subcontractors

• 5+ Years of Work Experience in the Commercial Roofing industry
• Familiar with Details and Requirements related to the installation of the following roof systems:
  • PVC, TPO, Modified Bitumen, and Asphalt Shingles
• Bi-Lingual is a plus

This is a full-time position.

Hours:

Must be flexible

Travel is expected for this position.
