Robins & Morton is looking for a Laborer to contribute to the physical building of our exciting construction projects.

We are looking for a candidate who will consistently show integrity and collaborate with the team to provide physical labor, operate hand and power tools, and a variety of other equipment. They will help maintain clean and prepared sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and remove rubble and debris. The candidate will be willing to help other craft teammates and perform duties as directed by the Labor Foreman or R&M Manager.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.)

• Operate and maintain various construction equipment, including pumps, compressors, generators, etc.
• Load and unload trucks and deliver materials to designated areas.
• Keep building and work areas clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Erect and disassemble scaffolding, shoring, braces, and other temporary structures.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.)

• High School Diploma (or GED or equivalent) preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a laborer or helper in carpentry or construction preferred.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment to assist carpenters, foremen, and managers.
