Twos Assistant Teacher – Spring Education Group

Salary: $14.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Join our early childhood education team at Carrington Academy, part of Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division. Our division offers nearly 150 schools and a variety of pedagogical approaches, making use of proprietary curriculum, Montessori methods, and progressive language immersion programs.

• Create engaging, age‑appropriate lessons and activities that support each child’s development.
• Foster social‑emotional growth by modeling kindness, patience, and problem‑solving.
• Maintain consistent routines that help toddlers feel secure as they grow more independent.
• Build meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and collaboration.
• Partner with co‑teachers and school leaders to uphold a supportive classroom culture.

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and passion for helping children learn through play and exploration.
