Lead Teacher

We're looking for experienced Lead Teacher's who is passionate about providing loving, responsive care during a child's most important years of life. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with young children and their families while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment, we'd love to meet you.

You'll work alongside co-teachers to create a classroom where young children are encouraged to explore, grow, and reach developmental milestones through responsive care and meaningful interactions.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred
  • A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to caring for young children
  • A passion for supporting child development through responsive caregiving and engaging interactions
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • CDA, TCC, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, or willingness to enroll in a required credentialing program
