• Be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department.
• Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and offer recommendations.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide clear explanations of repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians and service teams to ensure an efficient workflow.

• Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Shift : 10-hour shifts, including weekends (rotating schedule).

Location :
In-person in Cumming, GA (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).
