FP&A Manager

Overview

FP&A Manager – Data Strategy Focus. We are representing a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization in Cumming, GA, poised for strategic expansion and operational excellence. We are seeking a hands-on FP&A Manager to lead financial analysis and data strategy efforts across the business. This high-impact role reports directly to the CFO and offers exposure to acquisitions, operations, and executive-level decision making.

• Lead and own monthly Financial Package (Fin Pack) reporting and analysis. Run and validate system reports from financial systems and various business units.
• Act as the company’s Power BI Super User – build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Operations on KPI development, cost analysis, and business performance trends. Assist with acquisition modeling, integration, and data harmonization.
• Lead monthly operating reviews, providing financial insight and performance analysis.
• Own the data strategy – ensure accuracy of General Ledger data, Payroll data, and operational data.
• Design and implement customized reports using Power BI to support FP&A, executive, and operational needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive analytics and process improvements.
• Support CFO with ad-hoc analysis and strategic planning initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, business analytics, or financial systems.
• Proven experience in Power BI – ability to build reports and dashboards independently.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, G/L data, and payroll data flows.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a private equity-backed environment is strongly preferred.
• M&A and integration support experience is a plus. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
