Medical Receptionist - Front Desk - Cumming, GA

Join the KIDNEY CARE CENTER OF GEORGIA, LLC team.

• Perform front desk duties, including patient registration, check‑in, check‑out, and appointment scheduling.
• Collect co‑payments, deductibles, and any other patient‑owed balances at check‑in and check‑out.
• Ensure all patient paperwork is completed, scanned, and uploaded to the electronic health record (EHR).
• Use computers, telephone, fax machine, copier, calculator, credit‑card processing machine, and document scanner.
• Maintain professional presence and provide excellent customer service.
• Travel between offices as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of medical terminology experience preferred.
• 1 year of computer skills required.
• Must be able to relocate to Cumming, GA 30040 before starting work (required).
