Our integrated platform, APlay delivers immersive curriculum experiences through Orange content and the Amazing Kids library, helping churches disciple families in ways that are seamless, engaging, and transformational.
Responsibilities- Own the upsell pipeline for a defined portfolio of existing church accounts
- Identify growth opportunities by understanding ministry goals, pain points, and needs
- Deliver consultative product walkthroughs to introduce new modules or upgraded packages
- Drive expansion revenue through quarterly account reviews, proactive outreach, and creative solution selling
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention
- Forecast and track account metrics using our CRM to maintain visibility and pipeline health
- Share insights with Product and Sales to help refine offerings and messaging
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expansion targets
- 13 years of Account Management or Sales experience, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or mission driven organizations
- Demonstrated success in upselling, cross selling, or expansion roles
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client goals
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence—you know how to listen, ask the right questions, and build trust
- A strategic mindset—you see the big picture and can guide others to it
- Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce)
- A heart for the local church and deep respect for the leaders who serve it
- Background in ministry, education, or nonprofit leadership
- Experience supporting a product with a tiered or modular structure
- Previous work with subscriptionbased or recurring revenue models
