Senior Manager, Client Success
ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Client Success to lead a team of implementation specialists and ensure seamless deployment of technical solutions across our client base. This role manages the entire implementation lifecycle—from client onboarding to final deployment and handoff—while maintaining high client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
The candidate will lead a hybrid workforce of remote and in‑office staff, collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sales, product management, engineering, and support, and drive scalable, repeatable success across industries.
Travel up to 30% of the time to client sites and company locations is required.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain customized implementation plans tailored to each industry group’s requirements.
- Oversee execution of implementation projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address implementation challenges and ensure seamless integration.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase, providing strategic guidance and issue resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously refine implementation strategies and improve outcomes.
- Ensure smooth product support transition, document stakeholder sign‑offs, and validate completion criteria.
- Develop, refine, and implement standardized processes and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and drive continuous improvements in performance.
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Conduct quality checks and audits to maintain high service delivery standards.
- Build and manage an effective, highly skilled team by recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating employees.
- Provide strong leadership, motivation, mentoring, and development to maximize performance in a distributed environment.
- Set project priorities, delegate tasks, and ensure deadlines are met and on budget in a dynamic environment.
- Monitor performance, provide feedback, and foster professional growth within the team.
- Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, project management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in project management, client success, or technical solution implementation.
- Project management certification (PMP or similar) strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams, preferably in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Strong understanding of technical solutions and enterprise deployment strategies.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Excellent problem‑solving, data‑driven decision making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
