Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Manager in Cumming, GA to supervise 30–40 employees and lead a high-performing team. You will drive sales, manage the store budget, and serve as the public face of the store in the local community.
The role includes hiring and training staff, supervising ASM and Team Leader, greeting donors and customers, and maintaining store appearance. You will participate in monthly leadership meetings and maintain records. Equal opportunity employer.
