The Contents Production Managercoordinatesandsupervisesthedailyproductionofcontentsprojects ,including pack-outs,cleaning,and restoration,ensuringworkiscompletedaccurately,efficiently,andtoqualitystandards.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinateandsupervisedailycontentsproduction,including pack-out,inventory,cleaning,storage,andpack-backoperations.
- Ensureaccuratedocumentation,photography,andtrackingofallcustomerbelongings.
- Maintainproductionschedulesandmeetcompletiondeadlinesforcontentsprojects.
- Managetheoverallcustomerandclientexperienceanddrivecustomersatisfactionthroughouteachproject.
- Clearlycommunicateprocesses,establish expectations,andresolvecustomerconcernsandcomplaintspromptly.
- Developaccuratescopesofwork,reviewestimates,andnegotiatescopeandpricingapprovalwithcustomersandadjusters.
- Schedule crews,subcontractors,andresourcestoprovideefficientserviceonactiveprojects.
- Leaddaily Work-in-Progressmeetingstokeepstaffupdatedandcoordinateresources.
- Createandmanageprojectlaborbudgets,timelines,andjobcostinganalysistoensureprofitability.
- Overseeandmanagecrewandsubcontractorperformanceandadherencetoqualitystandards.
- Ensureworkisperformedsatisfactorilyandjobsitesareleftcleanandorderly.
- Manageandreviewaccuratejobfiledocumentationandmaintainawarenessofallprojectstatuses.
- Maintaincommunicationwithinternalandexternalstakeholdersandmemorializeexternalcommunicationintheprojectfile.
- Manage operational,labor,andreimbursementexpensesaccordingtobudget.
- Manageprocurementofoperatingsuppliestomaintainadequateon-handinventory.
- Managethemaintenanceandcareofallequipment,tools,andassignedworkvehicles.
- Followandoverseesafeworkpracticesandadherencetosafetyandriskmanagementguidelinesatalltimes.
- Recruit,train,coach,mentor,andconductperformancereviewsforassignedstaff.
- MaintainSERVPRObrandcomplianceandpursueongoingprofessionaldevelopment.
- Highschooldiploma/GED required.
- 2-4yearsofcontentsorrestorationproductionexperience.
- IICRCcertificationspreferred.
- Strongorganizationalandleadershipskills.
- Excellentattentiontodetailandcustomerservice.
- Mustbeabletoworkinpersonandtraveltojobsitesasneeded.
Availableforweekendandafter-hourson-call rotation. - Mustbeauthorizedtoworklawfullyinthe United Statesandabletosuccessfullycompleteabackgroundchecksubjecttoapplicablelaw .
- Combinationofoffice-basedandjobsitework.
- Prolongedperiodsofsittingatadeskandworkingonacomputer.
- Frequentuseofhandsandfingersfortyping,writing,andhandlingdocuments.
- Walking,standing,bending,andreachingatjobsites;occasionallyclimbingladdersandstairs.
- Frequentdrivingtoandbetweenjobsitesandofficelocations.
- Liftingandcarryingofupto
30pounds;occasionallymorewithassistance. - Abilitytowearpersonalprotectiveequipment(PPE) whenonjobsites.
- Occasionalexposuretojobsiteconditionssuchasheat,cold,dust,moisture,andnoise.
- Closeanddistancevision,depth perception,andtheabilitytoadjustfocus.
