The Registered Nurse – Progressive Care provides high-quality nursing care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. This role supports patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaboration within a fast-paced hospital environment.

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions, recognize changes, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Support patient and family education
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety guidelines

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state eligibility required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Progressive Care or related specialty
• Required
  
  Certifications:
  
  
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

• Prior experience in PCU, Step-Down, or Telemetry units
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
