Role: Travel Operating Room RN
Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room by circulating and/or scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures. Uphold patient safety and strict infection-control standards while maintaining a sterile field.
Key Duties- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and OR team members during procedures
- Monitor patients and support safe perioperative care
- Prepare, maintain, and manage the sterile field; ensure correct sterile technique
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow protocols to reduce infection risk and maintain a safe environment
- RN with strong perioperative/OR experience
- Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of sterile technique, infection prevention, and OR safety practices
- Excellent teamwork and communication with multidisciplinary care teams
- Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation practices
