We help developers and investors outsource their land acquisition process — identifying and securing off‑market land for residential, industrial, and commercial development projects. Our work spans Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina, supporting some of the nation’s leading developers and builders.
Position OverviewWe’re seeking a part‑time Acquisitions Associate to focus primarily on cold calling and land research. The role involves contacting landowners, obtaining accurate contact information, and helping our clients source new opportunities across the Southeast. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone new to the land or commercial real estate business who wants to learn how development deals are sourced, evaluated, and executed.
You’ll gain hands‑on experience in the land acquisition process from start to finish.
While the position is listed as “in‑office,” it will be performed remotely. Candidates must live in the Atlanta metro area so we can meet in person periodically for training and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Make outbound cold calls to landowners across Georgia, Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Carolinas.
- Research property ownership and contact information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and property data in CRM systems.
- $20‑30 per hour (full‑time)
- $5,000 success fee for each land deal you find that succeeds
- Remote work flexibility with periodic in‑person meetings in the Atlanta area

- Prior sales or calling experience helps, but grit and consistency beat experience every time
