Shift Lead

The Shift Leader works closely with the Bakery Manager to develop and maintain an environment where there is a true commitment and focuses on the best service to our guests and highest quality standards our products.

• Complete all required reports while working along side the Bakery Manager
• Maintain good communication between team members and the Bakery Manager
• Manages the Bakery on the Bakery Manager's days off
• Balance and supervise sales transaction
