The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.
Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.
Key Responsibilities- Complete the required assessment upon submission of your application.
- Work peak hours—evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.
- Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building a genuine connection with fans.

- Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth, on‑brand operation.
- Work a schedule that varies with business needs—including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Results‑oriented selling skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Charismatic ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
- Minimum 18 years of age; can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Prepared for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
- Capacity to work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
- Reliable support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
